Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 6–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 6–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand.

Shipping Costs

We Currently offer free tracked shipping on all orders. This may be altered at any time except on confirmed orders. 

No additional shipping fees will be charged unless clearly stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Verdanest is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delays

While we strive to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will provide a replacement or full refund.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for processing

  • 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be in processing.
